Hello Remāngu users!
We are thrilled to bring you some exciting updates for our platform. We've made a few key changes and added some features that we think you will find very useful. Let’s dive in!
Now, you have the flexibility to change the settings of your Animus Workstation when it's stopped. This means you can upgrade or downgrade the Animus performance (CPU, GPU, and RAM) according to your needs. Plus, you can now modify the size of your SSD Drive to give you more space for your projects or decrease the disk size to not pay for the capacity you don't use.
There’s a new "copy" icon next to the Animus Workstation connection button. This feature allows you to copy a sharable link that you can send to anyone. This link includes a session-scoped token that connects the invitee directly to your current Animus session. It's perfect for sharing your work with customers, directors, or artists remotely with ease.
We've made a change to how Animus Workstations and Storage are scoped: now, they can be studio-scoped or project-scoped. This means you can use the same Animus Workstation across different projects or decide if the Workstation or Storage can be accessible only from a specific project.
Last but not least, we have a new T-Shirt design :)
Admin View for Animus Workstations: Soon, admins will be able to see all Animus Workstations within a studio and change their ownership, which will help with better resource management.
User Permissions: We plan to introduce the ability to disable certain users from creating new resources, ensuring tighter control over project resources.
Shared Animus Feature: Like a shared PC in a studio, one Animus can be used by multiple users, enhancing teamwork and accessibility.
Redesign of Animus Detail Screen: The Animus detail screen is getting a makeover to support more features and provide a more intuitive interface than the current triple-dot context menu.
